Exhibition in Uzhgorod
On the 27th of June I opened a big retrospective exhibition in Uzhgorod (Transcarpathia, Ukraine) at the Fine Art Museum of Transcarpathia named after Joseph Boksay. The 60 paintings on display are representing my 60th work anniversary, as well as all the different styles I went through over those 60 years.
The exhibition was opened with speeches delivered by the museum director – Ferenc Erfán (grand son of Joseph Boksay), the Hungarian consul – József Bacskai, the cultural minister of Transcarpathia – Jurij Gleba, and Mikita Vlagyimir – a member of the Ukrainian Fine Art Academy and a long-longtime friends of mine. The retrospective exhibition will be opened until the 16th of July.
